Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect you will leverage your strong consultative skills by working with enterprise customers and LoadSpring’s sales, engineering and support teams to architect technical solutions and drive bias by evangelizing unique LoadSpring business value across the customer’s business units. You will act as the primary remote/onsite technical representative for customers and use your in-depth knowledge to identify, discuss and recommend solutions.


Sales Engineer Support: Analyze customer business processes and needs, validate those requirements and transform them into functional and enterprise specifications. Architect technical solutions to support the sales team in qualifying opportunities.

Technical Qualification Consultancy: Provide technical consultation and disseminate product information, resolve technical questions by analyzing and researching problems and draw upon competitive knowledge and experience to favorably position LoadSpring against the competition.

Training and Partnership: Deliver guidance for business decisions from a technical perspective on deployment approaches such as:  Performance, Scalability, Reliability, and Security. Work hands-on with the LoadSpring Platform to demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer environments.

Essential Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical sales support, solutions architecture, or technical account management
  • At least 3 years’ experience supporting platform, infrastructure or SaaS for business environments

Desirable Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, organization and communication skills
  • Familiarity conversing and solving issues with large enterprise customer accounts
  • Energetic work approach
  • Excellent in person and on-line presentation/demonstration skills
  • Deep understanding of IT architecture, data center technologies, networking, servers and security
  • Knowledge and experience working with Oracle Primavera, Trimble Meridian, Autodesk and Esri
  • Understanding of and experience supporting sales processes
  • Accustomed to working with a geographically distributed team
