Technical Account Manager

As a Technical Account Manager, you will learn Enterprise customer’s business objectives, challenges and needs inside out. In order to deliver strong results, you will take a proactive and collaborative approach to build robust relationships within the customer’s varied levels. You will coordinate across the customer and LoadSpring teams to ensure legendary customer experience is met and ensure their needs are being exceeded with the LoadSpring Cloud Platform.     


  • Obtain an understanding of the Enterprise customer’s business priorities, plans and strategies
  • Collaborate with customer group leaders to assess their immediate and long-term needs that can be resolved through the LoadSpring Platform
  • Expand the relationship to drive larger impact for the customer and open up new opportunities for LoadSpring
  • Act as a primary contact for the customer, and serve as an escalation point when required   
  • Identify opportunities to build long-term value by positioning LoadSpring offerings in alignment with their business goals
  • Monitor the status of key technical projects/issues and manage expectations across stakeholders on timing and delivery of all updates
  • Work closely with the LoadSpring Sales team on any potential new and add-on opportunities within the customer

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Enterprise Technical Account Management role at a software/Internet/cloud company
  • Have an in-depth understanding of supporting Enterprise platforms, infrastructure, or software as a service for businesses

Desirable Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, organization and communication skills
  • Familiarity conversing and solving issues with large enterprise customer accounts
  • Understanding of IT architecture, data center technologies, networking, servers and security
  • Prefer knowledge and experience working with Oracle Primavera, Trimble Meridian, Autodesk and/or Esri
  • Understanding of and experience supporting sales processes
  • Accustomed to working with a geographically distributed team
