Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

The ideal Administrative Assistant / Receptionist will be motivated, friendly and outgoing with the ability to handle incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and maintain the office.  The position requires a detail-oriented individual that is able to handle a busy phone system while attending to another task.  Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.  Position involves various support tasks in addition to answering the main office phone lines.  Must be able to work as a team, be helpful, professional, polite, and have a can-do attitude. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.



  • Ability to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast pace environment and complete tasks independently
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where ever needed


  • Reception duties, including coverage of a busy office switchboard
  • Provide outstanding administrative support to all departments
  • Coordinate office events and visitations
  • Provide shipping and mail support for the office
  • Office organization to maintain a professional office appearance
  • Ensure the office and kitchen supplies are fully stocked
  • Other duties as assigned
